One week away from wrapping up the first year of my 40s and I can honestly say it was far better then all of my 30s combined. Grateful and thankful for the following this past year…having a career I absolutely love (while being surrounded by bad ass women who I continue to learn so much from), the incredible yoga classes I taught (from Wineries to Elevated to LA), being able to help and inspire others, my good health (and delta having zero effect on me), the ability, stamina and dedication to take cycle classes every damn day (sometimes even twice), the new friends I made along the way (who offer unconditional motivation, support and humor), the ride or die friends who’ve stuck around through my BS, my pup Zully (who despite going blind in one eye and her very special needs is still an absolute snuggle bug and happy dog), the love from my family (especially my niece), the laughter and tears, the ups and downs, letting go of what no longer serves me, opening up myself to new experiences and lastly (with extra gratitude)…Garden Society Wine Country Gummies & Spicy Tequila Cocktails (both made 40 so much more fucking fun).
